Instructors Rule Book

By becoming an instructor under this company, we are giving you opportunity to make the most with little risk. To simply put it, if you take advantage of everything that we offer, you can make a career off of this. But of course theres some things you need to know before officially getting started.

  1. ALL SALES ARE SUBMITTED AND PROCESS THROUGH SKATE EXCLUSIVE
To ensure that all services are done correctly and within guidelines, all payments has to go through Skate Exclusive. If a payment was collected in person, the instructor is required to submit an online payment or a physical payment to a collector. In-person payments are required to be submitted within 24 hours following the start of the initial lesson. After lessons are confirmed and processed, payment will be sent to the instructor. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN WARNINGS AND POSSIBLE REMOVAL OF TITLE AS INSTRUCTOR.

  2. AT THE START AND END OF A LESSON, A CLASS FORM NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED
This is how we confirm you are doing your job, you attended your class and your attendees are present. While online form is the fastest way to get paid, we do offer physical forms. Physical forms must be turned in to a collector. This is also how you get paid so make sure you're submitting!

  3. CALENDER SCHEDULES ARE CREATED AND MAINTAINED BY YOU!
Instructors are required to create their own availability. Skate Exclusive will use your availability to schedule people to attend your classes. Our more successful instructors use this to their advantage so that they can receive extra attendees and make extra money. If you do not have listed availability on our calendar, you will not have any classes.

  4. 15% OF ALL TRANSACTIONS GOES TO SKATE EXCLUSIVE
While we pride ourselves in making this an extremely budget friendly opportunity, our company still needs to upkeep business. To do so, we've came up with a way to still supply you with majority of the money and little taken out. Take note that this may or may not change. Every instructor will receive notice prior to any changes.

  5. INSTURCTORS MUST KNOW THE BASICS
To be an instructor, you must kno the basics of skating. This includes skating forward, ability to skate in around in a circle without struggle and the ability to brake when needed.

  6. INSTRUCTORS MUST ATTEND WEEKLY MEETINGS
Meetings are our way to prepare for the week and gather as much information as we can to know our direction. Meetings can be held in person and online. Meeting videos will be posted for those who do not attend. Constant cases of no communication or attendance in meetings, we will result in warnings and possible removal as instructor.

  7. CANCELATION OF CLASSES MUST BE REPORTED
If you or a student cannot attend a lesson, you must notify us immediately. This is for documentation so that we can protect each party. Constant failures to attend classes will result in warnings and possible removal as instructor
